Dutch translation and explanation of a birth record please

Can someone translate a Dutch birth record for me please and explain any comments about the parents' marital status?

The record is for Jemina Campbell and the FamilySearch index and image is at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QLW7-7FH1

The reason I want an explanation is that the mother sued the father for alimony and the case eventually went to the UK House of Lords (see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Callander-72 for the father's profile)  Does the birth record say, or imply, anything about the parents' marital status?

It says they're echtelieden, so they were married.

It also says they were living in Scotland, but staying in the verbeterhuis in Amsterdam, which if I understand it correctly is something like a correctional center/asylum.

I would not trust the birth registry at face value. What was said was registered, the vroedvrouw (=midwive) might not have known the cicumstances. Until someone found the marriage it would be helpful to keep a largish pinch of salt at hand. That does not rule out mr Campbell being the father. Lena must have known (about) him.
True, the fact they were staying in the verbeterhuis seems to indicate there was something fishy going on, so it's entirely possible that they lied about being married. It's not like anyone was going to check that.
Thanks everyone, these are exactly the kinds of comments I was hoping for!
Read the documents of the court ;-), it's clear that they lived as man and wive, but never married.
