Change "Fannie M. (UNKNOWN) Harris" to an ID the system recognizes?

The entire name for Fannie M. Harris (UNKNOWN-237082) is Fannie Mae Williams Harris.  She was married to William Henry Harris (Harris-11764)  She was also the mother of Mabel Maxine (Harris) Duncan (Harris-58764).  When I tried to connect Mabel to her mother, the system did not recognize (UNKNOWN-237082).

I've connected her.  I'm not sure what problem you had.  

You'll want to contact the profile manager to have them change the last name at birth.
