The date is logged at Greenwich England so it will be a few hours before midnight local time depending on your local time.

You can adjust things so that the time will appear according to your local timezone (the date may still be wrong). See the Time Zone section of

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Settings

Don't forget to click "Save Settings" at the bottom.

That format is the US style of writing. Where did you see this?

The answer by Kevin and Jim refer to the timezone. The difference in times between places on earth. You can set that in the settings, but as far as I know this will not impact the display settings.

Hey guys thanks for answering

Oddly enough my settings are set for the offset for my local timezone. I copy and pasted for you to see.

WikiTree server time:05:14

Your local time:01:14

Offset:

-4:00

It appears that around 8pm my local time, the date changed to the 11th. Just an observation wasnt sure why and wanted to check in to see why...

Appreciatet the responses gentleman. Cheers.
Yes, I see in your list also this mismatch between time and date. I think the conversion to local time is not correct (any more). Your question has been tagged with bugs, let's see if this will attract the tech people.

As I said above, when you use the timezone setting the times will be correct local times but the dates can be wrong. This is a known bug. See

https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1570669/changelog-shows-incorrect-dates

The date is the date set at the WikiTree server. There is no way to set a local date for your profile.
Yes, that may be the bug. The times can be adjusted. It wouldn't be very hard to extend from there to put the date headings in at local midnight instead of midnight UTC (or whenever it is now).
