Disney has Disney Legends! What about WikiTree Legends?

This site has become great because of the hard work of so few and some are slowing down and sadly some have passed!  How do we remember them and their loving contributions!

I typed in WikiTree Legends and the only thing that came up was Wonderful WikiTreers.

We have a "Meet Our Members" and that is great!  But there are so many unsung heroes I see in older posts that contributed so much are yet today are barley active!

Could a WikiTree Legends become a thing?  What would be the guide lines to qualify? How or where would they be honored?   I just have the idea it should be something that needs to be done, but don't have the knowhow to get it started!

Thanks for thinking about it!heart

We do have the "meet our members" archive: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Members and also a memorial page for those who have passed on: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Memorials

I just learned something new tonight. I did not know we had the link to memorials for our members who have passed away. Thanks so much for posting this, Jamie!
Thank you so much Jamie for sharing this, I had no idea there was a link  with memorials, for our lost members

Again thank you for sharing
