Can't see full info in location pop-up.

Question

Sometimes when I start typing a location into a new profile, the pop-up window appears with the text cut off on the right-hand side and I can't see the dates. I've tried resizing my browser window and reducing the text-size (view), but so far no luck. Can you suggest anything? I'm using Chrome on a MacBook Air. Thanks!

You are not obligated to choose from the pop-up list of locations.  Just type in the correct information you have sourced.

I don't know of a way to resize it, but if you click on the little pin on the left side of the location in the drop-down menu you will be taken to the familysearch.org page on the location, which includes the dates near the top, under the map.
