There isn't a copy of the newspaper there, it is only a transcription.  It looks to be an index of those who died, and all it reads is:

Ormsby, Frank G. Jr., 70, feed/tack store, Sep 13th, Bring's Broadway.

Also listed is:

Ormsby, Connie M., 70, self-employed, Jun 26, Bring's Broadway

Arizona Daily Star is on Newspapers.com, so you may want to reask your question with lookup request for Publishers Extra on Newspapers.com.  It seems he was mentioned on the 17th and 19th of September 1996.

I added a clip of his obit from the Arizona Daily Star on 17 Sep 1996 to the profile.  I could only find a brief death index entry on 19 Sep.

You should be able to see the clip and extract the details you want.
