Why doesnt my information such as birthdate appear on my tree?

I entered all the fields on the intro page but it does not appear on my tree. i also entered my fathers data but it does not appear on the tree either.

Best answer
It won't show for you because you are living. If there's not a death date for your father, it means he is living as well. Privacy laws protect the living.
