How long do completed GEDCOM records take to appear on Tree?

I uploaded a GEDCOM of my family tree yesterday (#226907, 83 records) and completed the comparison matching process, but the records are still not showing up as on the Tree.  How long does this normally take and will I get a notification when they are ready? Thanks in advance.

Once you completed the comparison process, you should have seen "Add" buttons next to any individuals who did not already have profiles on WikiTree. (If your "Add" buttons have not appeared, you have not completed all the comparisons. It is easy to miss one or two.) You will, one-by-one, click on the "Add" button to create profiles for each of those individuals who did not have WikiTree profiles. It is not a totally automatic process.
