Unable to change text in table to anything but black...Suggestions?

I've tried all the font codes...outside of the table coding; inside of the table coding; next to the text.  Nothing seems to work.  All text on profiles are black, but in one of my tables, i just want it another color so it stands out.  TIA ~Sjana

I have been able to figure out this so far, colorwise!

Sooo, I think you could change an individual row or maybe each cell.   Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Right now, the way I make the person I want to stand out is by making the text in each cell BOLD

Thank you....text color is what I am looking for, but I shall keep this in my notes for bg color :)

You can use colour for text, but the colours are limited to what is allowed using wikitext markup, as html codes are not permitted.
I don't know if it is possible to colur every cell in the table using the table template, or if you'd need to colour each line separately.

This seems to work. 

<span style="color:hex triplet">text</span>

'hex triplet' would be in the form of #1a2b3c where hexadecimal numbers stand in for 0 to 255 RGB colors and 'text' is the stuff you want in the specified color.

Personally, I wouldn't go too wild with the colored text for no other reason than keeping your pages in a style aligned with the WikiTree brand.

Span isn't supposed to be used.  Wikitext markup, however, works.
