How to auto-create Wiki Table while carrying along hyerperlink?

How can I convert an Excel table to a wiki table while carrying along the hyperlink? I normally use tab2wiki (

) but that drops the hyperlink.

Libre Office (formerly known as Open Office) Writer can do export => MediaWiki. There links are preserved.
