Open profile and primary photo

Question

Is this new WT behaviour or am I missing something? It seems that if you are not on the trusted list of even an Open profile, you can no longer set the primary photo of that profile?  I'm sure I could do that in the past?  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mellet-47 won't allow me to set her baptism record as her primary photo. Is that a new feature, or some unintended consequence of something else? Perhaps something to do with the image?

Seems to be due to the profile being managed by a project (in this case, the Cape of Good Hope Project WikiTree)

Nope must be a new thing. 

I added the same image to a profile that is not managed by a project  and got the same message  for the same action

You are not in the Trusted List for Fick-200.

That will make it difficult for those of us who work on many profiles, especially for Notables, where we are not on the Trusted List.
