Could someone guide me on creating a project team?

I am creating a geographical sub-project/project team for the Young surname project.  I read that WikiTree is migrating sub-projects to project teams.   I would like to be the project co-ordinator for the Youngs_Of_Quebec sub-project/project-team.  I suppose this should be a geographic team nested under the Young surname project (which was empty).

It should indeed come under the Young Name Study.  Contact the Leaders of the One Name Study Project so you can take over the Name Study.
