As anyone on the Trusted List can change a last name at birth, you could submit a request to be added.
If there is no response (give it at least a week, especially as the profile's manager seems to have not been active since 2017), then you can follow the unresponsive profile manager process,

Only the Profile Manager can change the LNAB (Last Name at Birth).

I, too, thought that only a PM could change a LNAB... my bad: the Style Guide agrees with Melanie (see above) that anyone on the Trusted List can make the change.  See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Correcting_a_Last_Name_at_Birth .
