What is the documentary baptism evidence for the birth of James (Jamye) Openshaw at Pimhole, Bury, Lancashire in 1660?

James (ofttimes referred to as Jamye) Openshaw is stated in a large number of family trees as being born in 1660 at Pimhole, near Bury, Lancashire England, but I have been unable to find one reference to a reliable documentary evidence source. His father is said to have been James born 1639, his mother Mary unknown (though this might be a red herring due to a second marriage).  Can any Openshaw fans out there please direct me to a dated baptism record for James 1660?
