New Outer Rim branch in Lancashire, created during Connect-a-Thon

I had an exchange with Liz Marshall during the Connect-a-Thon. She wrote she was expecting that some new branches will extend to the Outer Rim, given the frenzy of new profiles creation. My view was that people were rather focused on their CC7, and unlikely to wander off that far.

She was not completeley wrong. At least one such event happened ... among almost 100k new profiles. Which is not nothing, but not much.

So... Richard Duxbury is 63 Degrees from Queen Elizabeth II Windsor says the Connection Finder. Over 60 from QEII qualifies for the Outer Rim, so I added him to the table.

Looking at the above connection path, 12 degrees were created on January 13th, extending outward from Thomas Gaynor.

All this branch is in Lancashire, around 1850. Should be quickly reconnected.

Note : The PM Steven Whitfield, of the Mighty Oak Branches team, added 786 new profiles during the Connect-a-Thon.

I do think that the Outer Rim lords seemed to show up more earlier! Hopefully that means something good with the reconnections in the tree.

I'll be keeping an eye on this Richard Duxbury profile... wonder how fast he can get reconnected?

Congratulations to Steve for not only his gargantuan profile creating effort, but for creating someone further away from the Queen than I am!

Jo, you are 31 degrees from the Queen. Over 900,000 profiles as of today are further away than you are, so don't feel bad!
