Categorizing small community Holbrook in Iowa County, Iowa

I am adding the Saint Michael's Cemetery in Holbrook, Iowa. Holbrook is a small community near Parnell in Iowa County, Iowa. I had to create Holbrook as a new category, which makes sense, given how small it is. I was a community of Irish Catholics.

Should I keep Holbrook as a separate entity, or should it be should it be in Greene Township, Iowa? Or Parnell, Iowa? Different websites suggest different things, ha.

Case for Greene:

Case for Parnell:

Saint Michaels is noted on Parnell's wikipage - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parnell,_Iowa
