Category Needed: Machen, Georgia

Question

I am trying to differentiate two different Leverette cemeteries in Jasper County, Georgia. Shady Dale, Georgia has a category, but Machen, Georgia doesn't appear to.

Machen, Georgia doesn't exist anymore, it was a stop along the Central Georgia Railway line. It is part of Shady Dale today. Are we sure these are not the same cemetery? I did a brief search of Leverette Cemetery, and I did not see two different cemeteries listed in Jasper County.

These are not the same. There are two separate Leverette cemeteries in Jasper County: one is listed in FG and one is where Machen must have been. Yes, I believe the first is near Shady Dale too.  The 2nd is not listed in FG that I can see. I should have gone through and linked FG to these, but didn't.

The first is on Turtle Cove Hwy 221 -Jackson Lake Rd Nr Fire Station

The Second is on Fitzgerald Rd Also said *According to "Jasper County Confederate Soldiers" on the internet, a Nathan Leverett was promoted to 5th Sgt and surrendered at Appomattox, VA"
