Duplicate christening record or just a coincidence? 1663 Warwickshire

I am researching the Biker family who lived in Frankton, Warwickshire in the 17th century, still looking for factual sources before creating any profiles.

I found an entry in the Frankton parish register showing that

John ye son of Mr Lewis Biker and Rebecca his wife was borne August ye twenty fourth & baptised the thirtieth of the same

This is John I was looking for.  However I was also looking for other family members and trying different spellings of names and I found another entry, this time in the register for St Mary's Warwick for August 1663

John - Bicor, sonne of Mr Lewis Bicor borne the 24th baptised the - 30th

Other than the spelling of the surname, these look like they could refer to the same birth and baptism.  Is this likely, or is it just a strange coincidence?  Warwick is around 10 miles from Frankton.

It certainly seems to be the same, given the dates.  Sometimes a baptism was recorded in two parishes, if members of the family had belonged at some time to both, or if the child was baptised in a different parish.  Typically, a notation would be made in the register to account for this, but transcripts (like from FamilySearch) might not include such notations.

I've found there are quite a few "Warwickshire" records that are actually different parishes entirely if you look at the register - even different adjoining counties.
