FSP - am I doing this right?

Hi,

I've got information on various merchant ships from 1800s that people in my tree worked on. I thought it would be nice to share this information so it is accessible to other people with links to the ship, and also to avoid clogging up the individual profile.

It's still work in progress, there is an awful lot of data to sift through, but it would be good to get some feedback about whether this is a good use of the free space profiles and whether I'm putting the right kind of information in etc. Also are there categories that I should be using, or should there be new ones?

Thanks,

Abigail.

This is a beautiful page, Abigail!

There is a Category: Ships, with a complex structure of subcategories. You might like to add the tag  categorization  to your question, to attract attention from people who will be able to advise on that.

I think it's brilliant! Excellent idea. As for categories, you could have a poke around - try typing in merchant ships or something like that and see what comes up. There's a British merchant navy category - does that fit? I know nothing about ships :)

It's an excellent use of free space pages.  Nice job on the Bristol!
