Need help with reading a will

Question

I am working on transcribing a will, and have read and reread these lines so many times, and I am still not seeing the highlighted words.

The 1st word, I thought maybe Creator, but it doesn't seem to be right.

The 2nd word, I feel it is precious, but keep 2nd guessing it.

The 3rd word, maybe merritts.

Thanks for looking, I'm sure I'll be checking in here a lot to ask for help until I get this will done.
