Where could Calaats (Kalác?) in Bohemia be?

My ancestor Antoni Triebs was according to his marriage record (Groningen, Netherlands, 1718) "van Calaats uijt Boheemen", translated: from Calaats from Bohemia.

I've tried to find a town with a matching name, without result.

Bohemia could be either Bohemia proper (modern-day Western en Central Czechia) or the lands of the Bohemian Crown (modern-day Czechia and Silezia in Poland).

Calaats would be something like Kalác in Czech spelling. The pronunciation is about /kala:ts/ in the International Phonetic Alphabet.

I looked in the Genteam gazetteer with all the spellings note in the query. Nothing came up in Bohemia. There were some places with somewhat similar names in Austria proper or in Hungary (present day Slovakia). The matches were not good, however.
I looked it up at Genteam, the name in Czech is Koleč, which in German is Koletsch, which seems similar to the Dutch Calaatz. Church books are at the Prague regional archive.
Thank you. Koleč may by the place, but it's a small village.

The name Antoni Triebs sounds more German than Czech. Germans generally lived in the towns, not the villages of Bohemia. So I'm not quite sure about it.

Maybe a bit farfetched, but could it be Kłodzko ?

I can see the German name for that town, Glatz, be heard as Calaats if spoken fast.

Thank you. This is a very good candidate. It was the main town of the County of Glatz, which was part of the Kingdom of Bohemia in 1718. It was annexed after the Austrian Succession War by Prussia, together with Silesia, but only became part of Silesia after 1815.

Glatz is indeed close to Calaats when pronounced in Dutch.
