The relevant part is at the end: "... p~nts Philippe Charpentier frere dud~ futur, Jehan Cosneau frere de lad~ fille Nicolas Graffin & Pierre Charpentier ses beaufreres bourgeois dud~ Alençon lesd~ Jehanne Cosneau et Philippe Charpentier ont dit ne savoir signer."

So, Philippe Charpentier is indeed a brother of Paul Charpentier, Jehan Cosneau a brother of Jeanne Cosneau, and Nicolas Graffin and Pierre Charpentier both brothers-in-law of Jeanne Cosneau (husbands of Magdelaine Cosneau and Marthe Cosneau respectively, as we learned in the document you posted the other day).

And indeed, Pierre Charpentier is not a brother of Paul Charpentier, and it is not even said if they are related. The marriage contract of Pierre Charpentier and Marthe Cosneau states that he is the son of Jehan Charpentier and Helayne Bouyer, while Paul Charpentier is the son of Enoch Charpentier and Marye Jullien.
