SO helpful, welcoming, PATIENT, knowledgeable, willing, and intelligent! Just helping me for the sake of adding to the tree! I just signed up for this last night and, aside from a potty break or snack, I have not been able to put it down but Patricia was so kind to be so helpful to someone with such a small amount of family information!
