You need to build out your tree a lot more before that question can be answered. So far you have only entered three generations.  The Mayflower would be about a dozen generations back.  

The best thing you can do is keep building out your tree until your branch connects the main tree.  If you are lucky, a close cousin may have done the bulk of the work for you.

Probably not; I see that three of your four grandparents were born in Georgia. Mayflower ancestry is very unusual among Southerners; you're much more likely to be descended from early Virginia colonists than New Englanders.

It has been over 400 years since the voyage of the Mayflower.  Descendants live in all 50 states and in a number of other countries.

That may be, but statistically speaking, someone who was born in Georgia in the early 20th century is very unlikely to be a Mayflower descendant. People did not generally move from New England to the South in the era before air conditioning, and the South saw very little inward migration between the colonial era and the 1960's.
