Dianne, not wishing to be contrary but as a direct relative would you not be ideally placed to clean up the profile? You are the profile manager for Jane Appleton so if you are saying this is the wrong James Montgomery why not just disconnect him. If however he is right but some of the information is wrong perhaps you could correct it?
