Edit Conflict Message

Why am I getting this message when saving a free space profile using Firefox?

"Edit Conflict. Someone else edited this profile while you were working. Please Edit the updated profile in a new window copying your changes from here if necessary."

This may only occur when editing is done after clicking on the edit box beside the text as opposed to using the Edit link at the top of the profile.

You are getting this message because the copy of the bio section that you are editing is no longer the current version that is saved on WikiTree.

I have now confirmed the Edit Conflict message, which requires an extra step to save the change, only occurs when edit is selected from the Edit link beside the text.

If the Edit link at the top of the profile is selected, save is accomplished in one step.

If the process is working properly, I don't see the advantage of selecting Edit from beside the text.
