Elizabeth Ida (Gibbs) Bostick (abt. 1874 - 1930)

Elizabeth Gibbs was born in 1874 in New York USA. Her parents were U.S. Civil War veteran James Gibbs and Amelia Kelley. She died on 22 May 1930 in Bloomfield, New Jersey (per her obit).

I would like collaboration in adding her husband and children. She is mentioned in her fathers obituary and it appears the memorial on FindAGrave is her and of her husband Daniel Bostick.

Thank you

This is a great source shows Ida Gibbs and husband Daniel Bostick and some of the children. It seems Elizabeth and Ida same person middle name? It’s definitely her even obit mentions her parents as James and Amelia. Need to add the children.
Eva Gibbs Bostick has a death year of 1958 on FindAGrave but cemetery record shows 1968
Transcription error on FAG, look at the original photo. Looks like 1968 to me

Eva Gibbs Bostick Social Security Death Record, gives her birth date

I agree 1968

Thank you added this wonderful source to her profile yes

Her obit mentions Daniel passing away 20 years earlier matching year of death as 1916. He was a Foreman at the Sisson Saw Mill.

I think this is the son Cecil mentioned in her obit https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/197342252/cecil-james-bostick

Interesting it appears two daughters went south to Mississippi this is unusual for this side of the family. I wonder why?
Interesting fact: Daniel mentions only 1 son in obit with 4 daughters.

Added the sources to the kids profiles definitely connects them to the parentsyes

Thank you

Maybe one had died at the time of writing the obit?
I thought so but it appears after so whoever wrote obit omitted a son but unknown reason. Some good sources on ancestry for Cecil if a subscriber. I do see a infant Bostick with no gravestone which would be child #7
