Looking at the original record West Virginia Vital Research Records - Record Image (wvculture.org)I think the C'K is an abbreviation for "Creek."  Maybe the "F" refers to a specific location, or a branch of the creek.

A quick google search suggests (but only that) that in West Virginia signage F stands for "Fork. So you Have: Camp Run Fork Creek, Lewis, West Virginia. Google has not heard of such a place, but it might be useful to check an old map or gazetteer.
