Change a lower case to upper case in surname

Would someone be so kind as to look at this page and let me know how to change the lower case "W" to upper case in the surname. When I try to edit, I get confused since it wants to leave the page.

You want to change the last name at birth, which is a special case.  Yes, it will leave the page and take you to a new page which tells you why this is a special case and asks if you're super-sure that you should be doing this and why.  Don't worry.  Just go to the other page and give your reason as "Changing first letter to upper case" or something similar.
