I have one GEDCompare report that I would like to use data from without retyping each cell. In a GEDCompare report is the ID considered a wiki ID? Where is feature found to import person one at a time using this data?

No, ID alpha/number in the ID column in the GEDCOMpare report is not and will not become a profile's WikiTree ID.

You will see edit buttons in the comparison screen after you complete the comparison process for the profiles that have matching WikiTree profiles. You can edit matching profiles as you match them.

You will see add buttons after you complete the comparison process for profiles that have no matching WikiTree profiles. You generally must complete the comparison process for all the profiles in your GEDCOM before you will see the add buttons (this description may be inexact).

edit: minor tweak
