Need help confirming Parentage of Harriet F. Lane Epting, South Carolina.

I need help confirming the parentage of Harriet Frances (Lane) Epting (Lane-9748). She was born 23 Feb 1828 in South Carolina, USA. She married John Henry Epting (1808-1881). Her mother was possibly named Nancy, and she might be Nancy Allen (Allen-17941), although I have no proof of that.

Yes it does, However, William and Nancy themselves do not have any sources or documentation proving they are the parents of Harriet. I am searching for even one document that isn't hearsay. Anything beyond "this tree says they are, so they must be".
