I have people in my family tree that belonged to the Quaker community in England that have the surname BOWNE. I was wondering if they were related to the American branch of the BOWNE family.

Daniel ADAMS married Mary BOWNE on 31st Dec 1767. Daniel's parents were David & Elizabeth ADAMS.

Mary's parents are listed as Thomas & Hannah BOWNE.

Their residence is listed as Ratcliff, Middlesex, England.

I would be grateful if anyone has any information on the above. I am new to the WikiTree and as yet have not completed listing my ancestors on the site.

Welcome to WikiTree, John! You have a good start on adding your ancestors so just keep going. The more you add and then go back and add sources, the easier it will be for others here to help you.
