He was born in Varaklani on July 4, 1891, the son of Jacob Leib (Yankel) Saget, a/k/a Zogut, and Libba Minna Fingerhut. The tree traces him back to a Joseph Zogut, born ca. 1850 in Varaklani.
It also has his maternal grandparents.
