Thank you, Ludwig, for your greetings and suggestions! Very kind of you. I am a little spooked about sharing too much of my personal information, after recently being hacked and I have not been able to see whether my personal information would become open to anyone on this website!

Hi Margaret,

Thanks for your query. Please go to your profile and click on the "Profile (public view") option. This provide you a screen of your profile what the general public sees. Wikitree has 7 privacy levels. To explore these click on the "Privacy" option. If you wish to change or explore a new privacy level click on the new privacy level and then click on the "Set new privacy level".  Then use the "Profile (public view)" option again to see what is display at the new privacy level. And so on if you wish to explore the various privacy levels.

Also recommmend not to mention in any of your profile contact details e.g. phone number etc.
