I am trying to make out this parish entry. The exact wording is important because I am trying to solve a genealogical problem. Can someone help?

I added the record to the Dennis Pratt profile

The (8th) viii ^t(h) day of May was buried a son of Dionis Prat unbaptised.

As there are 3 x (i) in the date after the "v" followed by a "t" this must be the 8th.
