Profile manager for William Gowthorpe

Question

Does anyone with Yorkshire ancestors have a special interest in the Gowthorp/ Gowthorpe family, or would Yorkshire researchers potentially be interested in taking on the following profile and expanding their family?

I had a quick look and there are a lot of Gowthorpes locally, there was a perfect marriage for daughter Ann except she was already in America! This seems to be their immigration record below. I don't think William junior is the baptism at Eastrington 1822 as all his records show about 1828 and the other two were baptised at Aughton. He is aged two on the immigration list 1830 and is shown below his sisters. There is a William baptised about the right time but he is the son of James. I agree, looks like William’s birthdate should be changed to Abt 1828 and a new profile created for Wm b. 1822 who perhaps died young?

Yes, I see there is a burial for him 19 Feb 1826 back in Aughton, no parents named but aged 3 and from Laytham where Ann is said to be at baptism.
