How do I add my maternal aunt DNA , as my mother's is unavailble.

mtDNA is inherited from the mother. That goes for male and for female children. So, you would have the same mtDNA as your mother.
Your Aunt will have to add her own due to privacy rules.
You could help your aunt add her mtDNA to her profile, but as Marion said, she would have to do it.  The first step would be that your aunt becomes a member at WikiTree.

You can help your aunt create a profile to add her DNA info to WikiTree then you can be added as a profile manager if she’s not interested in being a member.  I did that with my husband’s DNA.
