Great GrandFather James Black

I have a lot of questions but I promise I will only ask one at a time. I am looking for a DNA match to a James Black but the only thing I know about him is that he was born in Iona, Elgin County, Ontario, Canada and we are told that he has a daughter that was born in 1917.

Thank You

I don't have a James Black.  My Black line goes back to Reuben D. Black born abt. 1809 in Kentucky.
