Categories for Doccombe and Dockham Mill?

Hello,

I am researching the Hamlyn family who were millers at Dockham Mill (sometimes spelt "Doccombe Mill") between at least 1825-1858. The Mill was near Doccombe. Today it is part of the parish of Moretonhampstead but was a separate manor for 800 years. Three generations of Hamlyns were millers at Dockham. Also, from my research, I now know the names of the millers who preceded them and followed them.

There is an existing category for Moretonhampstead and also for England Millers. Would it be appropriate to create a separate category for Dockham Mill and/or Doccombe?

Thanks
