Because there is a floating <ref> just sitting there preventing everything after it from showing up.
Remove that, and the rest should be there.
I fixed it for you. There was a <ref> misplaced.
Mary, look at the changes log and you will be able to see how Rodney fixed it.
Better to learn by doing, than by looking at it afterwards.
