The PM is a second once removed.

The PM made two contributions in all of 2020 and none since.

In order to get changes to the Trusted List, one has to first attempt to contact the profile manager.  It doesn't matter how closely, or otherwise, related they may be.  The steps of contact attempt, profile comment, etc, need to be followed.

Yes, the last one is unresponsive manager report, which can only be done after the others. You must give the manager at least 7 days (I think) to reply.
