Why was this profile created with a LNAB starting with a lowercase letter?

Question

This profile was created on 16 Feb 2021 but the LNAB is unknown starting wit a lower case u.

Does the system not normally convert it to Uppercase once the profile gets saved?

Is this a bug?

The system saves the name the way it was entered.  Not all names start with a capital letter, so it wouldn't make sense for the system to automatically change them.  The person who creates the profile needs to take extra care to enter the last name correctly since that is the one thing that is difficult to change later.

When added as Lower Case in the Current last name field it automatically change to Unknown with a Capital Letter.

Under the unknowns project we are no coming across names for example - Jane (unknown) Unknown
