Thank you Rodney! I've noted him as needing attention, and I'd like to add a little suggestion, as food for thought.
Those "really great biographies" are usually a collaborative effort. Someone, usually the person doing the research, produces the first biography, and improvements are made over time, as WikiTree members with an interest in WWI, Newfoundland and Canadian political history, his family members and business associates find the time and opportunity to make a contribution. Its the combined effort of different perspectives over time that makes a great result.
In my view, the research you have already completed puts you in the best position to start the process. If I was to make the attempt, for example, I would likely need to duplicate the research you've already done as a first step. Eventually, as this item rises to the top of my to-do list, and if no one else gets there first, I may do that, but I would prefer to build on your effort, and add to the story rather than starting over.
