Sgt. William Henry Harrison Conger enlisted in the 106th New York Infantry Co. H August 11, 1862. He was in the “Battle of Monocacy” and wounded July 9, 1864. William died from those wounds July 15, 1864.

Tragic his mother died so young and he died in Battle.

It doesn’t appear his father remarried and died in 1868
