Vital Record of Rhode Island: Friends & Ministers. How to Determine Location of Event?

Vital Record of Rhode Island: Vol. VII. Friends and Ministers. has a lot of great information. But I'm confused about how to place a location on the records. The preface to the volume seems to indicate that the "places" in this volume ("Narragansett" in my example above) refer to the place where the "Friends" meetings were held. My example marriage record, p. 136, reads:

"Hall, William, of Robert, and Penelope Gardiner, of Isaac, both of North Kingston, 2d 10m 1741."

Should I infer that their marriage was in North Kingstown, since both were from there, or was it in Narragansett, since the section is called "Narragansett Friends Record-Marriages"?

They were both living in North Kingston, but married at the Narragansett Meeting House.
