I want to make a person in my GEDCOM the base person of my Family Tree

In a nutshell:

I want to make a person in my GEDCOM the base person of my Family Tree.

My GEDCOM: WKEN.ged does not appear as my Family Tree.

WikiTree is ONE big tree.  There are not individual trees, like Ancestry.  Your branch of the big tree will start at yourself.
