Help with 1812 Pension Record(s) [closed]

Trying to do digging on a individual named Charles Mitchell.  I haven't placed him on wikitree yet because he's likely a brother of Frederick Mitchell (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mitchell-21206), but I don't have a father or mother for them yet.  Charles was in the Ross Co./ Pike Co., Ohio in the early 1800s.  I'm trying to find out more information on the 1812 pension claim since Charles is MIA outside of his service in 1812.  Here's a link to his widow's pension claim:

So my question is, how do I get a copy of the two referenced documents in this index?  I don't have a 3fold account.  Is there another way to get it?  If not, can someone with a 3fold account pull it off for me?

Thank you,

Eric
