War of 1812 & Honor Role:I need help to fix the formatting

It is my first time adding the category War of 1812.  I would appreciate if someone could look over what I have done for 

Hippolyte (Charles) Clément (1785 - 1813)

I know I made a formatting error with the Honor roll image and would like some help to know what is my error and how to correct it.

Why Is the category for the "Corps des Voltigeurs" by using "Provincial Corps of Light Infantry (Canadian Voltigeurs), Canada, War of 1812" is not working?

How do I use the category "St. Lawrence River, War of 1812" for the "Battle of Crysler's Farm" in Upper Canada?

Remember to put all Category above Biography

Just a thought, but if you use the category picker, it will place them above the biography so you don't need to think about it. It looks like this  when you are in edit mode.
