The son of Henry Carter(1816) Lewis Flood Carter first wife's information needs to be updated. Cora Etta and Lewis Flood are my g grandparents. My mother and my grandmother gave me very little information, but after I analyzed what information I had, spent a day going thru the archives in Augusta,Maine and Blue Hill I discovered her death certificate. She was the daughter of Mary Davis, daughter of Joshua Davis and Lydia Stover of Brooksville. I have no idea who Cora's father was. She and Lewis had two daughters, Emma,my grandmother, and Laurie. I believe that she had a son with whom I just speculate,Chester Smith. I knew him personnally,as a great uncle and a half sister to my grandmother.
