Biography
Sarah was the daughter of Joseph Adams and Prudence Pratt. She was baptized on May 26, 1754, in Framingham, Massachusetts Bay.[1]
She married Abel Twitchell, of Sherborn, Massachusetts Bay, in about 1774. They resided in Dublin, New Hampshire, where all of their children were born. Their children were:[2][3]
- Sally, born April 9, 1775; married Stephen Beard
- Deborah, born August 14, 1776; married Bethuel Harris
- Cyrus, born March 13, 1778; married Eunice Belknap
- Mary, born February 5, 1780; married Jonas Clark
- Peter, born July 10, 1781; married Hannah Belknap
- Abel, Jr., born July 13, 1783; married Abigail Greenwood; died July 15, 1834
- Betsey, born October 18, 1784; died July 29, 1795
- Timothy Adams, born May 29, 1792; died February, 1816
Sarah died on 3 Nov 1815, in Dublin, New Hampshire, USA.[4]
